London Metropolitan University and University of Greenwich who teamed up during at the start of the Tournament emerge as Champions.

The event brought together Nigerian Students' societies, students and students' union representatives from Cambridge University, Oxford University, University of Greenwich, London Metropolitan University, London south bank University, University of Northampton, University College London, Kingston University, University of Salford Manchester, Kings College London, University of Essex, University of Coventry, London School of Economics and many more.

The Event was also graced by some UK based Nigerian celebrities including Nigerian International football star Sam Sodje who helped with the presentation of medals and trophies.

The Founder and Head Co-ordinator Mr Yemi Soile said he was happy the event was a huge success and that he was glad the organisation was heading in the right direction and fulfilling its goals.

When asked what was the secret to the events success, he said it was firstly God's doing as the weather was perfect and sunny with no single drop of rain despite the bad weather experienced in previous days.

He also said the spirit of togetherness and the collective effort of all the organising committee members, students, Nigerian socities and sponsors ensured the events success too.

The Nigerian Students' Union in the United Kingdom is the Umbrella body that unites all Nigerian students’ societies and associations in Universities and Colleges in the United Kingdom with the sole purpose of providing a forum and platform for Nigerian students and youth to come together and contribute their skills and ideas towards the improvement and development of themselves and Nigeria.
